It's a beautiful September Sun Day afternoon on the Western Slope of Colorado. John is working on a tuck pointing project and we are finishing our garden before winter and working on upcoming events.

Sun Day is really a special day to us. It's not the modern idea of the day, it's what we believe is Sun Day. The first part of the word, Sun, this is the day that celebrates a very special divine to us, the Sun. He has held many names in many cultures but what it comes down to is he is the Sun, the light and the truth. It is a wonderful feeling to be working on something and feel the warmth of the sun on your back, head or your whole body. Today reminds of the all the Sun is, NOT what the modern religious world has said or tries to make it be.

We saw a great movie last night called Sunshine. It's a movie about a group of people that have to get the sun started again with a bomb because the sun is dying and the earth is getting colder and colder. It is a movie that I would recommend. Good cast and a great story.

The sun is rising in the sky and I want to enjoy it's warmth  before  the day ends.

Enjoy the warmth the sun brings any chance you get, not just on Sun Day. Remember what the sun is, light and truth, and know that we are never truly in darkness as long as the sun shines.
